My center asked me to download jomo. What do I do?
Download it on iPhone and sign in with the email address your center used to invite you. Your children, their room and today's updates are waiting when you open it.
Who can see photos and notes about my child?
The care team and center administrators post them, and within your family they're visible to the guardians on the account. Nobody outside your center sees them.
Can someone else pick my child up?
Yes. Add them as an authorized pickup contact, and if they don't use the app, send them a pickup pass for Apple Wallet. Staff confirm every handover.
How do I tell the room my child is sick or running late?
From the app. Late, sick and absent notices go straight to the room and show on their attendance board.
Can I upload documents like allergy plans?
Yes. Add documents to your child's profile and the center sees them. Only the center can remove them.
Is there an Android app?
Not yet. jomo is on iPhone for families today.
