What do staff and families need?
Families and staff use the iOS app; directors use the web app in any modern browser. Everyone signs in with their own account.
How do we get our existing families in?
Through the enrollment wizard one family at a time, your online application form, or with our help during a pilot. Families are invited by email and can add their own pickup contacts and documents.
What happens during a pilot?
You set up a center, invite a few rooms of staff and families, and run real days on it. Nothing is charged while you decide.
When can families pay tuition through the app?
Billing is rolling out. Invoices and payments are center-scoped, and auto-pay is only ever switched on after a family has consented.
Can the app carry our center's look?
Yes. Upload your logo and pick a colour palette, and families and staff see it in the app.
How is support handled?
Directly by the team building jomo, from inside the app and by email, with an audit trail of what was changed on your behalf.
